Do not hire this company to clean!!!This company billed me 288 for deep clean. Never entered 2 out of 3 bedrooms to even mop. Never touched the si ks or toilets.. . My house was a dirty when they started and still just as dirty after 4 hours of them being there. They swept and mopped and wiped down the counters, fridge and stove. Mind you this was supposed to be a DEEP clean. He had 2 boys some where between 16 and 18 working. He texted me when he was done. I arrived home an hour later expecting to walk into a fresh home only to walk into the same condition. It is very important we satisfy all of our customers needs however in this situation we were unable to polish a turd. Apex practices legal, diverse and fair hiring practices. The customer made comments several times about the gender of our staff in a derogatory manner. We wish to resolve the customers issue however the clear intent is to avoid paying for the service we provided. That which was agreed upon.
We had a response from Shane at Apex within an hour of our work request and he was out that night to look over the driveway and give us an estimate. I appreciate his quick responses to any questions and the jobs the do. Very professional crew and we appreciate having the opportunity to work with them.Jan 26, 2019

Most importantly if a customer has questions or concerns we are happy to talk through various options to provide full satisfaction.
