Introduction: My deep tissue/treatment work is very slow and rhythmic, always working within your own comfort level. I'm constantly working with the nervous system to promote healing and change. After years of wheel-throwing and clay work my hands are made to sense and feel what is wrong, and what is right. That paired with my absolute love of Kinesiology and Anatomy and Physiology, I am able to reshape and reform your muscles to where they need to be. Each session is 100% catered to your needs. You will soon be accustom to my phrase "Alright, what are we working on today!" I always like to add, my prices are not low because of quality, they are low because everyone deserves/needs a massage. We owe it to our bodies to reverse the years of damage. Every single day, I get to work with my hands. I get to work with people that work way too hard. My office gives them a place to shut out the world and focus on themselves. That is a true gift I have the privilege to give.
