I chose Rusty because of his scholarly background on how the body moves/works and nutrition.
I have always seemed to miss something when on my own. I would try to put workouts and eating-right together and almost every time it has overwhelmed me.
He has an "eat right" plan that works great for me.
I have been with Rusty for a very short time, 7 days to be exact, yet in that short time he has helped motivate and push me to drop 2" '3/4 inches overall.
I am very happy that in this last 7 days I was able to shed "2 '3/4 inch.

I have hired Rusty as my fitness trainer. He is training myself and two grandchildren. I am very impressed and very happy I chose Rusty for the job. He seems to be an outstanding young man. This is the first time I have hired a trainer and we are very happy. The fitness center is very clean and I like that, everyone we have met has been very nice. We are looking forward to a long and happy relationship.
