Capture Photography

I was initially confused by this review looking at are texting. Now I realize he was referring to the communication in Thumbtack. I can understand his reaction now. That message was intended for a Realtor in Meridian that had a business relationship with a nationwide company to provide a photographer for photographing property. The Realtor's property was in Emmett. This was the first time in about 5 years that this company contacted me for a job. I informed the company that I don't have a User ID or my password. I later found an assigned User ID and my password by going back 5 years in my emails. So, I login and proceeded to re-educate myself with their website system, a few hours of work. In the process I got a message to phone call the Realtor. Then the company figured out that I needed to be re-certified, and I did that training and testing (different open website). Also, in the process I got an email that my website account was unlocked and reset, now having the same User ID but a different password. Which didn't work. So, they repeated that same process and that didn't work either. So, I was lock out of their website account for me to complete their job. There was also a lot of emailing about the Jobs and their system over several days. I called that Realtor and explained that situation and talked about this type of property and that we would keep each other informed. Then the company's email communication stopped. At some point I felt that I wouldn't be doing the job and likely not wanting to work that the company (not Thumbtack). Hence, the Realtor lost out on getting the job done, that I was moving on, that I wouldn't be fulling her wish that I do the job independently of that company. Being both kind of mad, I expressed this has been an expensive commitment to help and get this to work. That communication was short as the Realtor knew the situation. I am sorry this communication happened to be sent out. Believing the message was intended for him, I guess he could of said I was an idiot at first reading. I was hired by him but never photographed his wishes. Respectfully, Chris
