Latest Review: I want to give a shout out to Volition Fitness!
I have been training there for a while now and cannot say enough good things about it. From the beginning I felt at ease in their clean and up to date studio. Chris took the time to really assess my strengths and weaknesses before giving me a routine. The programming is specific to me and my needs, is checked weekly by Chris, and changes monthly. The workouts in the studio are never the same which keeps me from getting bored! I have never left feeling like I didnt get a work out, but also have never felt like I was pushed beyond my capabilities. (That being said, Chris makes sure to challenge you!)
I am amazed at my results, especially since I have worked out on my own for the last 15 years! Its obvious to see the high level of education used in my programming. Chris not only trains, but teaches. Understanding how a move benefits you and how to do it correctly is empowering! If my best friend came to me wanting a trainer, I would definitely send her to Volition Fitness!!
