Andrew after leading me to believe he could help find my husband he turns me down thats very cruel and don"t recomend him to anyone. After sending him pics too as he asked hes wrong and horrhble!!!!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Specter IO has a tier-based pricing structure. Tier 1 ‘Simple Locates’. Specter IO has access to over 4,000 sophisticated databases to accomplish the locate. Tier 1 locates typically take less than 30 days to accomplish and have a guaranteed success rate, if Specter IO is retained for these services, your results are guaranteed. You are billed a one-time $500 (USD) fee for these services. Tier 2 ‘Complex Locates’. Requires more sophisticated intelligence options to be deployed to successfully locate our subject going beyond our database sets. Tier 2 locate attempts are not guaranteed and can take up to 60 days to accomplish. Specter IO requires a $1,000 (USD) retainer fee for these types of cases. Tier 3 ‘Major Locates’. These cases typically involve jurisdiction authority and can require extended resources. Specter IO will work the kidnapping, unsolved police missing person cases, and/or other unique Missing Person case for up to a year. Specter IO requires a $5,000 (USD) retainer to work these cases.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  When Specter IO is contacted for services we typically reach out to request any additional information that we may need from the individual for context. Specter IO will send our Case Evaluation form over to be completed for our pre-screening procedure. Once submitted, Specter IO will review the information contained in the Case Evaluation form and make a determination for case eligibility. This process is usually streamlined the same day or the next day as cases can often be time sensitive.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  All employees, contractors, and associates involved with or representing Specter IO are fully licensed in their respective roles. Investigators assigned to your case will specialize in the field required for your specific task.
