Introduction: A small, one-man operation, Washbasin Windows is primarily a window cleaning service. Additionally, I offer gutter cleaning and maintenance, screen cleaning and repair, blind cleaning and repair, skylight and mirror cleaning, and surfaces like garage floors. More notably among my other services, I provide interior high cleaning, like chandeliers, ceiling fans, walls, ceilings, and open trusses and columns. I also condition wooden surfaces once cleaned. These are all basically service requests my customers have made since 1999 that I've accepted and have subsequently equipped myself and have become very proficient at. I spend most of my time cleaning windows, however, which is my real passion. Most of my customers really like my quarterly service that gives them clean windows most of the year. Typically, the year starts with an interior and exterior cleaning. Subsequent cleanings are certainly exterior, but interior is based on need. Basic screens, track, sash, and frame cleaning is part of a standard cleaning. Hard water stains and other debris, such as paint or construction cleaning, have additional cost on a case-per-case basis. Boise and the greater Treasure Valley, Sun Valley, Wood River Valley, Jackson Hole, and Teton Valley are the areas I service. I'm insured. Proof is available only upon request.
