I chose to show up for me the way I show up for others.I recently chose to attend the Shadow and Power: A healing retreat in Twin falls hosted by Moonstone Wellness Pathways and Lindsey Bryant Branding. This was such an incredible and beautiful experience, something I consider a gift from the universe and something I have been grateful for every day since. I can honestly say I walked away a different person, I left the retreat as my highest self. People have even told me I look different, lighter and more peaceful. The work we did was hard but worth it and my light shines brighter for it.If you have the opportunity to attend one of these retreats, dont even think about it, just do it. No one will ever show up for you like you will, although I will say April and Lindsey are a real close second.April is amazing and the space she holds for you is genuinely safe, calm, peaceful and honest. Her meditation, teachings and sound bath techniques are comparable to nothing I have ever experienced before and truly an experience I will forever treasure. All though I had to choose to do the hard work, she chose to stand with me, I was never alone. Her group work and one on one work not only excel-orated my healing journey but she gave me tools to help me along the path. I have used these tools every day since then. April made me feel seen and for me that is a rare feeling. Im grateful with all my heart.Lindsey is amazing and the space she holds is safe and protective, filled with strength and pure intentions. She helps you do the hard stuff and gifts you with the realization that YOU CAN DO HARD STUFF! She inspires you to become the highest version of you. She teaches you the tools of success through unconditional self love and self forgiveness. She teaches you to give yourself permission to be unapologetically yourself, she gives you a space of protection to heal as loudly and messy as you need. She not only helped me step into my power but she photographed it so I would never forget. Shooting with Lindsey is an incredible experience that I have had the honor of doing many times and honestly it is incredibly healing and inspiring in it self.
