FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our estiments "per plate". We also do require half down to hold your date. We accept credit and debit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a menu idea (which can be changed) and an estimate. We will prepare a contract to secure your date and collect half down, which is a non refundable deposit. I like to go to the venue to see where the food is to be set up so we can deliver without interrupting you and to make sure we are set up right by the venue and where to set it up. It also makes it easier for us to drive right there when delivering food. We have tables available if needed. I stay in contact with you throughout the planning to let you know what I'm doing and make sure everything is going good on your end and if you have any question. You can always feel free to contact me. We add a 3% charge on credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always working on new recipes and we have experience in low protein diets. We are very familiar with people with PKU and can accommodate those customers. We also attended classes when available. I'm now taking cake decorating classes so I can incorporate more deserts.
