Don and Joe were awesome. So Very personable, always on time. Worked full days. Had extreme attention to detail. Did a beautiful job to our extremely old dated bathroom. (Turned a dark dingy bathroom into literally a spa bathroom). Turned a bedroom into a utility room. Enlarged my walk in closet by 4 or 5 feet. They were very attentive to cleaning up after themselves. Great guys, great work, would definitely hire them again and again . 5 stars Thank you so much lakeside developers. After windstorm damages, I sent Lakeside Developers LLC a request via Thumbtack for an estimate. Don, the owner, was in contact with me in less than 2 hours. Don did an excellent job. He explained everything needed, and got me an estimate back in just a few hours. when I gave him the green light he got going right away. He did everything he said he would. was early everyday and we had no "surprises" from the estimate. They were easy to work with. Very happy and would highly recommend them

Working with Don owner/contractor of Lakeside Developers has been amazing. He really makes your vision come to fruition! He is so detailed with his work that everything looks perfect. You can expect a hard worker who will always finish on a timely manner! Plus it’s nice to know his history of building huge homes it makes you even more confident in hiring Lakeside Developers. Our business 2decor interiors has hired him for several years to do renovations for our clients home. Everyone has always been more than satisfied. Now he is finishing building a spec home for us that we will have on the market in 2 weeks, we couldn’t be more happier with the results!
