I was skeptical that I could get a serious workout in just 15 minutes - and just 2 times a week, but wow! Sondra takes me through every rep until I can't go any further and then a little bit more... I have never pushed myself like she pushes me. When we're done in 15 minutes, I'm like, "that's it?" but my body feels like I've done a 45 minute + workout. I highly recommend looking up Sondra ant the Exercise Institute!

I have been training with Josh for a month now at the fitness center. This is the first time I have ever joined a gym or had a trainer. ive tried working out and training on my own in the past and lost interest or felt I was getting nothing from it. I like how josh has been stressing proper form and technique it has made it easier for me since my back and shoulder are not in the best of shape. As of today I signed up for 4 more weeks and can't wait to see the results. I would recommend Josh to everyone.
It's outstanding! Balancing my nutrition and my fitness has been really hard for me but with Grant I've been able to eat healthy and still eat my favorite foods! He's knowledge base has been exceptional. He explains what to eat, as well as the when and why. He also understands my mistakes along the way but is still encouraging. With the results I've seen, I will always look to him for guidance and support!
I am a busy homeschooling mom of two. I have recently decided to put the extra effort and time which I don't have much of, to get healthy! I have been working with Cortney for several months now and needless to say I am feeling great and more motivated than ever to get back into shape. When I first started I could NOT even run for 5 minutes. No joke. Last week I ran a mile in 12 minutes. Now to some that may seem slow. For me....that is huge. Cortney has listened to my concerns, motivated me to keep going and never once made me feel bad for not being able to do a certain workout. She adapts and changes so I am comfortable and making progress. I've lost an accumulation of six inches in less than three months and lost 6% body fat!!!!!! She is on time and ready to go and it rarely takes me more than an hour to complete my workouts. I have her personal number and she is always willing to find a time that works for me. Amazing trainer and I highly recommend her especially to those busy moms who feel like you don't have time for the gym!!! She will make time for you.
Hands down Randie is the best trainer I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgable with workouts as well as nutrition. You will not find cookie cut out plans with her! Randie makes sure she lines up the best possible plan for the individual so you can reach the specific goal you are wanting to achieve.
Marcus is a great trainer! Not only is he very knowledgeable, he works hard to tailor a workout and nutrition routine that is made specifically for you and the goals you desire. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for that extra push to reach their goals.
I started personal training with him in 2010 and it continued till 2014, he helped me branch out on my own and helped me with proper form, weight loss, building muscle, and creating new routines. I really recommend Simon C de Baca because he's versatile in his craft. Every workout my muscles were activated in each session.

I have worked out at the Exercise Institute for several years now and it has made a huge difference in my ability to build lean muscle. Best part -- 15 minutes, twice a week totally fits with my schedule!!!
