Introduction: LucidRoots with Dani Lundquist is based completely around the inspiration and beautiful produce that the earth provides. Everything I cook is 100% from scratch using skills and techniques from my time traveling the world. I am flexible in the food I create, and love to cook everything from vegan, gluten free, paleo and raw to rich hearty comfort foods.
Food is the center of everything we do as a society. My mission is to get people sitting around the table, enjoying food that they know came from a clean source and was prepared with love. Clean food matters and It always always taste better.

Dani took over the planning and cooking for a Farm To Table event last month and it was AMAZING! She not only uses fresh, local products whenever she can, creates beautiful and delicious menu items, but she puts her heart and soul into every creation.
