Exterior painting of 1 level home with special attention requiring hand brushing of vertical grooves in siding. A team of 2 did the job beautifully using colors I had chosen. Great communication from beginning to end. A job done right!

I had the exterior of the house painted in three colors; main house color, trim and front door. I received four estimates for the project and decided on CertaPro. Dan came out to my house and explained the process and performed an inspection of the house exterior. He even offered the services of a color consultant if I had trouble choosing colors. On the day the project began, Ulises Barbosa showed up and power washed the exterior. Two days later (due to weather) he was back doing the prep work (in a slight drizzle). The following day Ulises and his wife showed up and got down to business. They were very methodical in their approach and both had keen eyes for detail. It only took the two of them two days to paint the house and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Ulises ended up applying five coats to the front door because he didn't like the finish. I on the other hand didn't see anything wrong with the first four coats until Ulises point out very minute shading differences in the finish, which the fifth heavier coat fixed. CertaPro uses high quality Sherwin Williams paint that's guaranteed for 15 years. I did freak out a little when they first started painting thinking that they were applying the wrong color but then I saw the paint can with the word primer on it so I relaxed. al in all I love the new look of the house and have received many compliments on it. There was only one slight problem I didn't notice right away and that was some slight over spray from the front door onto the front walk are, but unless you're looking specifically for it, you don't notice it.
