- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 on 1 meeting for assessment and to discuss your goals, needs, and any limitations you may have. Then we set up a workout plan and discuss what your diet looks like and any changes that may be beneficial to meeting your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
