- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read a lot about trends, and watch a lot of food network.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved cooking from a young age, and had to learn on my own because I couldn't afford school, also it runs in my blood, my grandfather was a chef in Hollywood back in the 50s, and my grandmother always worked in kitchens.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say mostly weddings and parties.
