Introduction: because for me its not just a paycheck, I love to make people happy with the food I make for them, and I am humbled that I can do that. the creativity involved, and also I love a good challenge, I had to plan a menu once for a wedding based on the 1800s and they wanted it to be authentic, that was kind of tough to research what they ate back then, and to make it great!

I have several experiences with Kris and her catering business. Her food has always been satisfying at every occasion. I have helped Kris cater in the past for several Christmas company parties and weddings. The event that stands out the most for me is my own wedding Kris catered. Kris was very professional with meeting with me to discuss the menu and cost. She took what I wanted and expected seriously. She went above and beyond to make my special day everything I wanted. The presentation of her food display is always planned out specifically for the event it is being catered for. Kris has a true passion for cooking and her love of cooking shows when talking with her for different events. Kris is always prepared and ready for the demands of the job. She is always trying new things to meet the needs of her customers. Kris's food will leave you satisfied and convinced you will be coming back again and again and again.

I would never miss an opportunity to enjoy some of Kris's delicious food! She's so creative with her menus. She always uses quality, fresh ingredients. Everything is always put together perfectly. Whoever snags her up won't be disappointed!

I work for country music artist Mark Chesnutt and so I, and the whole group that tours with him, are exposed to a whole lot of catering options around the country. I have been with Mark for 17 years and I have to say that Kris and her catering service did an exquisite job preparing our meals. I would highly recommend her food to anyone and everyone across the nation.

Kris catered my wedding last month. The food was terrific and there was plenty of it for everyone. She is one of the best cooks I know and I highly recommend trying her cooking.

I read a lot about trends, and watch a lot of food network.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved cooking from a young age, and had to learn on my own because I couldn't afford school, also it runs in my blood, my grandfather was a chef in Hollywood back in the 50s, and my grandmother always worked in kitchens.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say mostly weddings and parties.
