Fantastic team. They were able to take a look at our shake roof and even start on the repairs the same day I reached out. They were always communicating what was going on and what they planned to do. I will definitely be working with them again when we have any other issues pop up.

Steve and crew did 3 different things for us : repaired roof, cleaned gutters & tightened up our garage door. Very happy with their work. There are a lot of companies who won’t work on small roof jobs but Steve had no issue.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer standard pricing. I can usually do repairs and new doors for about 40 percent less than big companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually show up and perform a safety inspection. I will inform the customer of any issues with a complete estimate. If approved I usually do the repairs on the spot. If I have to get parts, I usually come back the same or next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience and have been to numerous training camps.
