FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated to give bids out, but there are a number of variables... pitch of roof, type of shingle, upgrades and repair work will impact the cost. Each roof is priced on a case by case basis. Here's what we've found about our pricing, we are not the cheapest, and we are not the most expensive. Our clients find that we are fairly priced, and choose us because we offer superior quality materials at the same price others offer a lessor quality product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially do a 40 point FREE roofing inspection to determine what if any damage, repairs, or potential insurance claims need to be addressed. It takes (depending on roof size and pitch) approximately 20-30 minutes for our roofing specialist to complete the process. Once the inspection is completed you will receive a free report with all photos, and a bid can be obtained for necessary replacement costs or repairs. If none are needed, you have a good information on the maintenance of your roof at no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our roofing technicians have been through an extensive apprenticeship program. Because we specialize in storm damage, we have participated in local training that includes; understanding claims for local insurance companies and their adjusters, identifying all types of damage, cost effective roofing replacement and financing options, Owens Corning in house and online product training, as well our own 90 day apprenticeship program. Our training has resulted in our becoming one of the top ranked roofing professionals in the state of Idaho.
