Introduction: I specialize in weight loss or strength/ athletic performance. All my clients get results above and beyond their goals if they follow a few guidelines. First, you have to show up, life happens but if your serious about changing your life, the first step is showing up to the gym, and I WILL hold you accountable. Second, you have to listen. I will do all the ground work from designing your personal training program to nutrition plans, but you have to listen and follow everything together because one piece left out is the difference between 5lbs lost and 50lbs lost. Last, you have to give full effort and earn your newfound body, confidence, and health. When those 3 things are followed you can do more than you ever imagined. The same applies to my athletes and powerlifters, I do not train physique sports I know nothing about it. I have trained 20+ high school athletes who continued to play in college.. Many of them at a high level. I also train powerlifters all over the country.

Jason is a fantastic trainer and nutrition specialist! He knows how to motivate you to succeed, and reach your short and long term goals. Jason can not only motivate but he also knows his stuff. Jason is a nationally ranked weight lifter, and knows fitness and nutrition information first hand, and can reIay it to you in an understandable matter. Overall I highly recommend Jason Britt as your personal trainer and nutritional guide. Five Stars!

Jason is my powerlifting coach. He is extremely helpful and always willing to answer any questions or lend an ear when you're feeling down on yourself. This kid knows is stuff! He shows passion and commitment to fitness and, he is a great fellow lifter to look up too.

I have been training with Jason for five months now, and I'm seeing great results. He is very knowledgable and does a really good job of explaining things. He also emphasizes proper form and safety. Highly recommended!

I've been working with Jason for over a month now and I'm already seeing results! Jason has been awesome at making a workout/nutrition plan that is specific for me and accommodates meals I have no control over due to my Job. When we work out Jason always pushes me to work harder in an encouraging way. Sometimes just having someone tell you that you can do it will get you through that next set. Jason is also wonderful at checking in with how my body is doing and is extremely knowledgeable about movement and prevention of injury. I have recommended him to my friends and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a trainer who will truly take an interest in their health!

Jason is a great Trainer. He knows what he is doing. Helps with the proper form for every lift to maximize your lifting experience. Jason helps with nurtrition to get you on the right track with healthy eating. I would reccomend him to anybody looking for a great workout with a great trainer.
