Introduction: I like to think I train clients in a realistic way. I will not promise any client unrealistic results just to get them to sign on the dotted line. I am upfront with my clients about their goals, their dedication and what they need to do to achieve what they want. I will not put a client on an unhealthy nutrition plan or fitness regimen just to try and reach what is probably and unattainable goal. Real Fitness. Real Nutrition. Real Results. The Fitness Life. The coolest part of being a personal trainer is making someones life better. Whether its as small as them mowing the yard and not suffering from back pain afterwards or them being able to put something on a shelf without even thinking about how heavy it is. Everyone starts out with a singular goal of reducing a number on a scale, but when they truly make changes for the better, the positive changes are immeasurable.

Logan has done an excellent job guiding me through the development of a training lifestyle. My plan is to make working out a daily activity just like a job and Logan has helped me keep it fresh and challenging. He is very responsive to my inquiries as well as my particular fitness needs. I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and was constantly battling pain for years. I chose not to have surgery and felt that getting myself in shape was the only way to combat the issue. Logan has brought me along slowly and safely. I've had great success and no issues since beginning the training with Logan a year ago. I trust Logan to have my best interest in mind and plan to follow his instruction for the long term.

Logan Cobb is amazing! After having my first child I really had no idea what to do to get back in shape, all I knew was that everything hurt and was super uncomfortable to do. That's when I started talking with Logan and he was able to give me exercises, workouts, and advice that were totally tailored to my specific situation. He made me feel comfortable being in the gym again and comfortable in my own skin as well. He never once pushed me when my body wasn't ready yet. At times, I honestly felt like I could do "more", but chose to trust the process and listen to Logan's advice instead. It was spot on and helped me get back into shape the RIGHT way, without pushing my body when it wasn't ready and taking the time it really needed after having a baby. In addition to training plans, I've had the opportunity to do one of Logan's group workouts as well which was AWESOME! Totally kicked my butt and was worth getting up early on a Saturday morning. Logan is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone. His knowledge base is incredible and he's not afraid to say, "I'm not specifically familiar with that, but I'll find the answer", and that's exactly what he does. I've never received made up or false information from him, which I've received from other trainers in the past. I would highly recommend Logan to anyone!! I'm so glad I get to continue to benefit from his hard work and passion for fitness.

Thoroughly enjoyed our sessions with Logan. Body strength and overall fitness improved greatly. Learned lifetime lessons that will benefit our overall health and ability to continue doing what we love as we age.
