Look for an experienced agent.....one who understands the ever changing market. Ask questions and have high expectations for your Realtor....do they return their phone calls in a timely fashion? Do they read emails and answer your questions quickly? Are they confidant and knowledgeable when you ask questions....do they give you the opportunity to ask questions?
