I found Kelly to be very knowledgable about general construction. I hired him to repair roofing, gutters, and a main floor flexing issue. I was impressed with his skills, and I was even more impressed with his common sense and highly ethical approach to the work. I trust Kelly implicitly - he is capable, trustworthy, and pleasant as well!! He communicated his availability very well, and obviously went out of his way to make time to accomplish the necessary work in the most effective manner, I recommend him highly!
