What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set Menu/Brochure of all the services that I provide. Although nothing is written in stone, I can work with a budget if there is one.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping it real, I like to talk and get a feel about the personality of the client. Find out where their feel good buttons are. Pictures are a plus. My greatest challenge are to meet their needs and surpass their expectations, even if I have to nudge their choices to make a better fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely all aspects of my business I feel, requires continued education. I am constantly seeking more education. The world of beauty is aways changing, and I feel that it is important to stay on top of it. It's my passion!
