Introduction: I offer math tutoring for middle school to high school level students
I can teach fifth through eighth grade math as well as Pre-algebra, Algebra I and II, Geometry, and Advanced Mathematics (Pre-calculus).
I tutor in-home (with a parent present), or in the nearest library.
I'm available Monday through Thursday after school or in the evening.

Herb has been tutoring our teenage son for the past two years. Our son lacked confidence in his math skills, but he earned a solid B in algebra last year and now in geometry thanks to Herb. In addition, our son enjoys the sessions. Herb is clear, methodical, and personable. He has given our son greater confidence and skills in math.

Herb has been tutoring our son for two years. He had a D in geometry when he started with Herb. With Herb's help, he pulled his grade up to a solid B. We found Herb's help to be so beneficial that we decided to start with him right at the beginning of this year for Algebra II and he has had a B/B+ in that class all year. In addition to being a great math tutor, Herb is a really nice guy and super flexible, willing to adjust the schedule as needed. We highly recommend Herb!
