- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing systems can often be confusing and overwhelming. I prefer to work with each client to determine the scope, goals, and budget of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I absolutely believe continuing education is key to being relevant. In many professions the things learned 3 years ago become obsolete within an additional 3 years. I attend professional conferences, networking meetings, and participate in webinars and seminars to stay on top of trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never had plans of attending college and focused instead on my dream of becoming a flight attendant. However, bad eyesight made that impossible. Having worked as a student in a library during high school, I decided to check out what the Library information Science profession was really about; and I fell in love.
