After reviewing this specific case, we regret to inform that the customer did not meet his end of agreement by not disclosing all of the inventory. As such, more time was needed to complete his move. The moving specialists completed this move in an appropriate time and included 2 more movers at no additional cost. Out of courtesy, several accommodations was made for the customer. We advise all of our valued customers to please disclose all inventory in order to provide a precise quote.

Our pricing is based on an hourly rate with a one-time transportation/delivery fee. For interstate long-distance moving projects, it is a flat rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) client submits list of furniture and # of boxes and contact information, 2) we send out work order with estimate 3) client reserves date with submitting signed work order and credit card payment.
