Chris pushes you to be better, better than you think you are. His workouts are tough but doable. If you want results you have to train hard. He is also full of knowledge on what foods to eat, supplements, and natural ways to achieve your goals a BIG plus for me. I am thankful for his true dedication to this craft.
I had Becky as a teacher when I was in massage therapy school. Her understanding of the body, the way it works and comes together and how one thing can affect the entire body was amazing. I learned so much from her. After graduation, I became a client. After just one session, the pain in my right elbow, forearm and wrist was significantly better. Nick is one of the few personal trainers I worked with who is focused on his clients health goals. He has excellent knowledge on different excercises and variations in them to tackle each and every muscle of a body. Added to that is his knowledge on nutritions which helped me to achieve my health goals in a better and healthier way.
