They called back right away. They explained what needed to be done and estimated how long it would take as it is a very involved process. They called as soon as it was done (which was earlier than originally estimated.) The installation only took a few minutes. They also respected the COVID rules with masks etc.

An overall excellent experience!! Our project was a Home window, replacement glass. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. All Covid, conscious; respectful and safe. A great value, all around!! I genuinely feel, as if my money was well spent on for the quality & service that were recieved from Copper Partners. Upon, your-approval; the order is placed, a deposit will be collected (50%), and it our/customers-commitment to the clients, project(s) and is also, designed to help us cover the up-front-costs of your project(s) - while we work together, to put our solution we created together, to work for you; making it a reality. Please, note: that typically, a 50% deposit - is required; unless-otherwise: (noted/stipulated/or prior-negotiation).
