FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After an inspection, we will provide an estimate within the fair market pricing in that area. If you have storm damage and file a claim, we will work directly with your insurance company to negotiate the correct costs to repair/replace your damages per state and local building codes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an appointment is set, my field consultant will meet with you and perform a full inspection of your areas of concern. After the inspection, he/she will sit down with you and go over the photos that were taken and educate you on what the problem is. After that, we will make a plan with you to get the repairs/replacement completed. Working with the insurance company is always a process. This process includes the initial appointment, preparing for the adjuster meeting, meeting the adjuster, negotiating state and village codes with the insurance, and finalizing the insurance scope of work. Once everything is ready, then we set up the install.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always training with our product reps and suppliers. We pride ourselves at knowing our products. If by chance we do not know the answer, we will find it out for you!
