Deb has assisted on a number of occasions and variety of projects. Specifically a gallery showing of my photography, which she arranged edited all printed materials and generally cooridinated the entire showing. I have also written several fictional short stories, for which she has edited/proofed with an eagle eye for detail. Since her background includes editing scientific publications, she leaves no room for error, be it grammatic or factual. I have always found her to be knowledgeable and expert in all facets of work and capable of successfully completing any task assigned with relentless determination..

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common proofing jobs are submissions of scientific journal articles and textbook chapters in Physiology, Microbiology, and Histology, all areas in which I have managed research laboratories. I do research of my own as well in these labs, train and supervise graduate and undergraduate students, and co-author peer-reviewed journal articles on our work.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud that I have done a great deal of proofing for several editions now of the textbook "Brock Biology of Microorganisms", very successful Microbiology textbook.
