What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting to discuss potential work or project. Focusing on feedback from client/costumers, I put together a proposal of detailed descriptions of work to be performed. My company also can provide design work and or help with design Ideas. Plans and prints are usually in most cases giving to you for no charge provided you do decide to do the work with Maccallum Design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience in carpentry. 10 years experience as a designer. Today I do finish carpentry, but not limited to framing homes or additions. Have good vision. Artistic.
