We had Exclusive Exclusions out to investigate an area of our roof / skylight where birds had built a nest. Not only were they able to come out quickly and remove the nesting material, but they also were able to repair the area that was damaged by the birds as well. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Damien and Kyle did an amazing job getting my house sealed up from rodents. I feel safe and secure in my home again, after a bad experience with a different, huge company that left me completely stranded. Damien was so professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Exclusive Exclusions to everyone that asks. If you live in the city, at some point you are going to need Damien and Kyle to seal up your home. I live next to a hoarder and was foolish to think that her hoarding wouldn't affect my home. Damien came out, did a complete inspection, drew up a plan, and followed through. I have absolutely no complaints.

This app will only allow me to select three items to rate. However, this company goes above and beyond. Very concerned with problem solving and has great solutions. He is up to date on the new way of handling pest controls, exclusion and gives excellent recommendations. He is also honest, to say I am not sure this is it 100%. As we were trying to resolve a smell issue, which can be hard to narrow down. I will definitely recommend or use them again if needed.

We offer many different types of pricing. From sq ft to linear ft and even a hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet on site to evaluate their issue. Then a detailed inspection to annualize the level of the issue. This will help me make a custom plan to present to the customer and explain how I am going to help them solve their issue. Before moving forward with any service I will make sure everything is written out and agreed upon in order to set the right expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple state department of agriculture certifications.
