Introduction: The Law Office of James C. We assist our clients in preparing a comprehensive plan to deal with long-term care, while maximizing the financial resources available to community spouse and family. The office provides individualized estate planning for each client, including last wills and testaments, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, as well as special needs trusts and guardianship for the families of individuals with special needs. After death, we help the family through the probate process or the administration of a trust. The office assists clients in their transactional matters, including the sale or purchase of real property, residential or commercial, and businesses.
