- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m definitely a very fair person. I try not to price very high because I want people to repeat business with me. If for some reason I find that I have to charge more... I will definitely call you first. I don’t want to throw any surprises. If the event is really far... I may charge a traveling fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them to discuss their expectations and the type of menu they are looking for. To see that we connects well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a self trained chef. I worked in food services for 10 years and I’ve catered several small parties and large as well. I also have a toffee business
