- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable. If flight and lodging is required, I typically charge the client for such costs. Discussions about cost expectations are healthy and encouraged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I customize every presentation or workshop per the customer; I've never given the same one twice. When we begin to speak about the engagement, I'll inquire about culture, challenges, and even objectives, so that I can hit a homerun every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a leader for multiple decades and have an expertise in training, leadership development, and coaching, having led talent development for small to large organizations. I also have a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology, so my presentations--though fun and compelling--are also rooted in science. I've literally spoken to hundreds of audiences and thousands of people.
