Tony has done all types of maintenance work at several properties I own throughout the city for the past 8 years. Jobs have run the gamut, including fixing leaky toilets, replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures, tiling bathrooms, tuck pointing, maintaining garage doors and more. He has reasonable rates, is reliable, dependable, and always gets the job done right!
