- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I have a phone or email conversation with a new client to find out what they are looking for, and explain my process, services, and pricing. I set up a free in home consultation if they'd like, or set a date to get started in their space. During the first visit, the client and I go through the service contract as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been a very organized person with the impulse to keep spaces around me clear. I decided to make it a career when I had a close friend who was having a baby and needed to clean out and reorganize her small condo. Helping her made me realize that being able to transform homes and organize spaces for others is what my true passion is. So I started my own business and here I am!
