If I could give Michele 6 stars instead of 5, I would do so enthusiastically. Michele is everything I could possibly hope for in a trainer. We have been working together since this past fall, twice a week. Her training regimen is tailored to my needs and age. With her leadership, I am getting stronger and healthier, and doing it smartly and safely. She is very knowledgable and has taken a lot of formal training on wellness, exercise, nutrition. She guides me gently but with confidence as she shares her information. The bonus with Michele is that she is fun! The hour goes by so quickly even though it is physically challenging. She has the ability to coax me past the point where I think I can't do any more, but she helps me find that yes, it can be done. I told her I always feel GREAT when she leaves my house. The "icing on the cake" is that she is punctual. Weird, but I actually look forward to our training sessions.

Michele is absolutely amazing! She is so motivational and such a sweet person that you can't wait to train with her. I have knee issues and she plans the sessions around my injury. Her schooling, knowledge and great personality make her the ideal trainer!

Michele’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious! As my personal trainer, she consistently challenged me to work harder to achieve my goals. I felt stronger, more confident and looked forward to my sessions each week – she made working out fun! My workouts were designed for me based on what I wanted to accomplish and no two workouts were the same. Because of Michele, I participated in my first ever Dirty Girl Mud run last summer…it wasn’t pretty, but I felt like I truly accomplished something I never would have done without Michele’s support and encouragement.

Michele is a wonderful motivator for my daughter who battles her pre-teen weight. She brings so much fun and diversity of disciplines that we are amazed! Her knowledge, flexibility, commitment, and ability to match every need is why we love having her in our life! She always goes the extra mile with a smile!
