Rick Ford is a professional and plays any kind of music that is requested. He has DJ'ed for our dances for 3 years and is the only one we would use from the area. As a middle school sponsor, I want only clean versions of songs and he is happy to oblige us. His lighting and sound system is phenomenal. I only have good things to say about Rock's Mobile DJ Service.

Overall reasonably priced dj that is willing to travel and has a variety of music. I was hoping for more interaction with the crowd. Everyone missed the cake cutting no one was sead during our first dance, etc. He has a generous amount of lights.

Our school has been working with Rick for many years and he always has done an excellent job. He is very easy to work with and the students hit the dance floor when he starts the music and sit down when the night is over. Rick starts us out with dinner music and shuts down at 11:00 when prom is over. Over the years, Rick has added lights to the show that the kids really enjoy! I cannnot say enough good things about Rick and his DJ services!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife and I were in charge of a church dance and she asked me to bring along some cd's and my stereo, so I did and I liked it, so I continued to build my setup to the fine system I use today.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am not the most expensive DJ out there but one should not go for the cheapest DJ they can find. He is probably a I-pod playing non professional.
