- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My menus are very client specific. Each menu is based on a clients desires. In addition to, pricing varies because of what is in season.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My menus are generally client specific so, when working with a new/potential client, I love to gain a rapport. I do so by talking with the client to find out what their needs and concerns may be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I maintain my annual certification(s). I take various cooking classes. I am self taught. I am looking into going to Culinary Arts School. Not only, do I keep up with current developments within the Food Industry, I stay in tuned with the business and/or financial updates pertaining to my business, so that it may flourish.
