C & C sent me 2 servers and 1 bartender for my September backyard wedding for 50 people. They all arrived 20 minutes early, setup promptly, professionally attended to guests of varying ages and ethnicities, and went above and beyond my intricate instructions. I had particular plates and drinkware associated with each food and drink item and the waitstaff matched them up as-asked without the slightest hint of hesitation or complaint. In fact, they all praised my creativity in coming up with such an arrangement. The servers helped carefully assemble hors d'oeuvres purchased from another vendor and plated them creatively for a beautiful presentation. The bartender whipped up two amazing custom his & hers cocktails for our reception based on our vague recipe/preference and liquor on-hand. Our guests raved about the food setup and my uber-observant mother pointed out that she never noticed any slacking-off or inappropriate speech/conduct. Whenever I was doing something in a nearby room, but perhaps undetected, all I heard was work-oriented chatter. When a guest or two needed to be cut-off, the bartender (Cindy, I think) discreetly confirmed with the groom or a wedding party member before professionally executing the decision. She multi-tasked like a champ, simultaneously serving over 50 guests and answering old-people questions without holding up the line. As an added bonus, one of the servers, Angelica, I think, has beautiful penmanship, so when we couldn't print the food labels, she volunteered to write them out. After we saw her work, we commissioned her to write out the details on our commemorative wedding certificate and she happily complied. The lead for the day privately informed us when they had reached the agreed-upon departure time along with what cleanup had already been accomplished and asked us if we'd like them to do anything else. At that time, we decided that we could use their help for an additional hour (past the 5 they were originally hired for) and they enthusiastically agreed. When the bartender did a last-call and heard that I had only had time to consume one drink during the 4-hour reception, she took it upon herself to mix up a batch of my signature cocktail and leave it in a pitcher for me to use during the casual, on-site after-party. I can't think of any other way to describe just how helpful, positive, fast, and professional these three ladies were for the entire duration of the event. I tried to give them a generous tip, but upon reflection, wish I had given them more. I actually live in the city (Chicago) and will most certainly be giving C&C a call for casual and business events in the future. My mother was impressed as well and plans to give you a call for her annual 4th of July barbecue. I can't wait.
Jennifer was amazing I got 3 different drafts for my ceremony and I wanted a little bit of everything and she made it happened. The day of rehearsal I didn't know what to do and she was able to me a little bit of a wedding planner as well I loved it. My ceremony was amazing thank you for everything.
As we began to plan our do-it-yourself event the day off details became a bit of a concern. We wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our guests. Keeping track or the vendors and when they were to arrive, meal service, bar service, etc. sounded more like work than fun. We reached out to Diane at Majestic Wedding Planners. Talk about someone that hits the ground running! She spoke with me for nearly a half an hour listening to the plans we had made to that point. By that evening she called me back with caterer and photo booth contacts that paid her fee TWICE OVER. The only hitch in the plan. A slip of the tongue. When I initially contacted Diane I said our event was to be on July 13 when it was actually on JUNE 13. Majestic Event Planners had already booked two events on our date. Of course we understood, but were also disappointed. We really felt that Diane was the go to - take charge person we wanted to make our event run smoothly. Diane felt bad as well and continued to work on our behalf. She fine tuned our caterer contract and made calls to find a trusted planner to handle our event. She even allowed us the use of their client section of Majestic's web page as a point of contact for family and guests. In this day and age it is rare to find someone that takes their business as seriously as they ought to. True professionals with follow through are diamonds in the rough. That Diane of Majestic Event Planners would dig in and help us with our planning without a contract speaks volumes! My assessment of Diane and her partner Michelle is simply this they do what they do because they love to help people far more than they love a pay day. When someone is passionate about their career it shows and these ladies are just that! If you are looking for worry free planning I highly recommend Majestic Event Planners.
Wedding Planner Full Service I couldn't have better things to say about working with Rick and Special Occasion Events . We booked a full wedding planning package and MC. And Throughout the planning process, Valerie and Rick were attentive, organized and resourceful. Valerie helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. She made the wedding planning process so much better. She went out of her way to accommodate us in many occasion . She make sure we were happy with every decision we made about our vendors and work professionally with every vendor. And on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants (and little ones!) knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Valeri and Rick were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner and MC and am so grateful that we picked Special Occasion Events to help us throughout our wedding planning. I would recommend Special Occasion Events to absolutely anyone!

Church had to set up with decorations for a wedding which was done and Marvalous job she did... Then she had to decorate the hall which they only Gave her an hour... And with that hour she worked her magic and did a BEE TEE FUL and AMAZING JOB..LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, suggestions and conerns... Blossom & Branch Designs (Angie) was by far my favorite vendor to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process! My flowers were beautiful, thriving & totally affordable! I searched far & wide to find a floral & event designer that could meet my needs & budget & Angie &B her team totally delivered! I got one huge lovely bouquet for myself, awesome corsages & boutonnieres for the wedding party. sixteen guest table arrangements (mixed styles) & two last minute flower crowns for my flower girls that made me a tiny bit jealous! I also got some single stem flowers to place in my hair that were gorgeous! Have you ever talked with someone you've never met & they just understood you? That is what is was like to talk to Angie. She just "got" me, like we have been friends for years. She picked out my favorite bouquet & corsage from my Pinterest board & made wonderful suggestions to add color & dimension to all the flowers. She was able to incorporate ribbon I provided in the colors of our wedding too & made everything so creatively & elegantly done! Everything was fresh & beautiful & lasted all day in the unusual hot September heat. Angie explained every item in my quote & why things cost the way the do which was incredibly helpful & reassured me that I was making the right decision. Contract & payments were straightforward & pickup was a breeze. I also used her and her team as my Day-Of-Coordinator to make sure everything goes smoothly with all vendors because I trusted her and her staff so much. Everything was perfect! I’ve had the distinct pleasure of working with Sarah of Sarah Kathleen Events on several occasions. The first few times were back when she planned my company’s annual conferences. She put together every last detail and took into consideration what the attendees would enjoy. Between group outings to sporting events, team building activities, and menu options for each meal, she put a lot of thought into what we’d like. All throughout the process, she was professional, thorough, and nothing but courteous and considerate to everyone there. Most recently, I worked with her on a wedding that was at my workplace, a local hotel that hosted the ceremony and reception for the happy couple, and she was the wedding planner. Sarah, along with her extremely attentive and equally creative staff (Louis and Loraine), once again used her creative talents and professional intuition and planned a spectacular, elegant party that everyone enjoyed. She worked hard to cater to the bridal party and guests’ needs and also worked in tandem with the hotel staff to make sure everyone was in the know. Izza and her team were the absolute fantastic to work with! My husband and I hired iMktg Services for full planning services, which entailed everything from monthly in-person check-ins, decorations, guest list, invitations and pretty much everything that you need at your big day. Izza was absolutely incredible at keeping us organized and helping us stick to our schedule. She immediately got to know us as a couple and was able to provide spot on recommendations and advice for all of the thousands of decisions that go into planning a modern christening. If you need a wedding planner, don't even bother looking further! She is one best event planner that will go beyond your expectations. (wink..wink she actually gives a lot of freebies on our event, items and services) What else could you ask for? oh wait, before I forgot, she is young, smart and has a good professional background. Too many to name it all.
Deborah is an excellent wedding planner and designer. She is thoughtful, creative and very professional. She designed the flowers at my wedding and decorated each table exactly the way I envisioned my wedding. I highly recommend Deb. She knows what she is doing! And she cares deeply about people, she helped make my wedding day elegant!
Hiring Shannon as our day of coordinator was quite possibly one of the best choices we made in planning our very DIY wedding. She is an incredibly professional and organized coordinator who went out of her way to make our day an absolute dream. She was so responsive during the planning process and helped us to think about details of our wedding we hadn't even considered. On the day of, she made our vision look easy. She made sure that everything went perfectly smooth and we did not have to worry about a thing. Even when we ran into a few small hiccups, like not having flower petals for the aisle delivered or running out of tables, she made it all work in such a way that we (and our guests) would never have known anything was missing. Shannon is incredible and worked so hard, but made the whole thing look effortless. She's a dream to work with and that's who you need on your wedding day.
Joanna was the best florist I've worked with. From the start she was so personable. We met at Starbucks and spent over an hour looking at photos,clippings and ideas. She has a wealth of knowledge on every flower and will work with any idea you can imagine. Joanna was so flexible with my last minute changes, and even offered to help set things up for me at the wedding. I will recommend her whole heartedly and know if you pick this company you will not have 1 ounce of regret. My wedding was this weekend and I'm still staring at my bouquet… Wish it could be frozen in time it is the most beautiful thing!

Great Value and Trustwothy I was hesitant in the beginning coz of the money and my budget. Too many expenses.. From cake, DJ, floral, planners, favors, balloons, and all rental stuff. I just feel like my budget is too low, I'm glad I still give it a try and get multiple quotes to compare. I came across iMktg Events, their quote is somewhat high so I did ignore it at first coz I got 2 quotes already lower than her. But just instinct, I did open it just to read it through. I was so surprised that she pretty much quoted me for the prices for different vendors besides what service she provided. Please take note I did add on my inquiry my struggles with different vendor prices and coordination, I feel overwhelmed by too many.. iMktg Events does indeed offer everything. Anything you need in your party! floral, decorator, sweets, favors, invitations, rentals, DJ, balloons, vendor management, photo booth, and photography. Izza and her team are amazing. I saved at least 36% from all vendor quotes I got from the different company. Trust me that 36% is no joke. It's a lot of money plus I feel more relaxed thinking I don't have to communicate to any vendor and write multiple checks. As the day comes, my birthday and wedding, it was gorgeous! Everything is what I hoped for and dream for. This company made and my husband so happy. Btw, I hired them for my birthday celebration and wedding.
