I contacted Thumbtack to find an in-home computer support technician to troubleshoot my HP All-In-One printer for inability to connect to computer for sending a fax. I stressed my need for immediate help to send a fax to meet a critical medical issue deadline. He responded to the Thumbtack post almost as soon as it posted telling me he would be more than happy to help! Even though he doesn't live in my immediate area, he said travel wouldn't be a problem. After trying many ways to solve the issue, he determined the cause and offered work-around options to at least meet the deadline. I opted to purchase a new printer and he installed (a difficult install) it in time for me to meet the deadline. He also determined by computer needed increased back-up storage and I bought it at the same time I bought the printer. I am SO HAPPY with my new All-In-One printer. We set up a routine maintenance schedule, as well. He responded to my texts/emails quickly. Hats Off and Thank You to Chris for a job well done. Looking forward to working with Chris.

Chris, was excellent to work with. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and fixed the issues I was facing with my PC in no time. My HP Pavilion laptop had a hard drive failure. Chris switched it with a SSD drive, changed the battery pack, and installed the operating system to get my PC up and running again. I give him five stars for his services and highly recommend him for your tech needs.

What a great experience with Chris. My son was having issues with his gaming computer and within 5-10 minutes of me searching on Thumbtack, Chris reached out and set up a time for later in that week. Taking my time and explaining the process of what I am doing every step of the way also, training and teaching my clients so that they will have a more positive and successful experience with their technology.

I have my A + certification, PC Repair Technician certification and my Network + certification as well. I recently graduated from the College of DuPage with a Associate Degree in Computer Internetworking Technologies.
