7. Rise Above: Unconventional Training
"So, I started personal training with Paul, and it's now been around 2 weeks now. My commitment that has been made is to go 5 days a week to the gym on my own, and then the 6th day is personal training day for 6 months total. Paul delivers! With his various certifications, he is able to adequately taper a fitness program exactly to what I want and need (fat loss and strength in particular). I definitely feel like it is personalized to fit me perfectly. Throughout the week when I am not with him he also keeps you accountable with little messages to make sure everything is going alright. He doesn't belittle you, but he makes an honest push to get you to reach your goal and go above and beyond. He has a fun sense of humor and makes the hour go by quickly. I would highly recommend him as a trainer and can't wait to see my already transforming physique reach the end goal flawlessly as long as I put as much into the workouts myself. Way to go DJ PAULY D!
