- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to work within anyone's budget, in fact, we are known for it!! We feel you really do not need to spend a small fortune to have your dream event!! Contact us and let us help and show you how to get what you want without breaking the bank!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Optimally, we like to meet with our potential clients at a central location, (complimentary of course) to be able to discuss their wants, needs, ultimate wishes, etc. This allows us to really get a feel for their overall vision, discuss ultimate goals and allows us to be able to offer a more comprehensive quote. It is difficult to provide pricing for our services (florals, planning, rentals, etc.), via email due to the specific detailed nature of everything it encompasses. Sending inspirational photos is a huge help for us to be able determine the "look", but there is nothing better than good old fashioned visiting and talking face-to-face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive hospitality background, starting in Casino's and Hotels, performing compliance assessments and audits of all operations, both front end and back-of the house. I also had my own small company right out of college called "Festive Holidays", where I primarily focused on assisting elderly individuals with decorating for the holidays (decorating christmas trees, outside lights, creating artifical wreaths, arrangements, art), along with selling my designs at various craft shows and making custom designs for clients. I studied and recieved my Interior Redesign Certification (IRIS), Certified Industry Staging Specialist (CISS), sitting for the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), along with my prior credentials of being a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)..... Now, how do those relate you are thinking, right? Well, I can promise you that you will get a straight-up, right-to-the-point honest answer when asked a question or opinion.....I warn all of my clients of this "trait" in advance prior to contracting me... :)
