I started working one on one with Patrick 3 months ago and I couldn't be happier with my decision! I had previously taken his group fitness classes and always gotten a lot of out them. Working with him one on one has taken it to a new level. He motivates me to do things I would never do on my own. I train with Patrick 3 times a week and every workout is different, challenging, and makes me feel good about myself. I never thought I would look forward to "getting my butt kicked" :) Patrick is also a great nutrition coach. He laid out a plan for me and holds me accountable...just what I needed. We always talk about my progress and ways to improve. Investing in a personal trainer was one of the best investments I ever made. Patrick is highly motivating, personable, knowledgeable, and always brings a positive, fun attitude. I would highly recommend him.

We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. From the moment I met Alex , I knew he was a person that could help me achieve new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. I started training with Alex last April. During the last 6 months I have been challenged and pushed by Alex, and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals. I have had two meetings so far and do not think we will need many more for now. I still have many things to do on my own and probably will need a brush up in the future. I was having 1-2 counseling meetings before and all I did was talk and talk then time was up. When I arrived Mr. Cohen listened to me and replied back without judging me. He explained what hypnosis is and how we were going to use it to make changes. He let me receive a free assessment with a chiropractor and fitness coach. They have both helped me also with exercises that have also made me feel better. When I came in, I was hoping to do hypnosis with only one meeting but I was actually the one to ask for another meeting in a few days. I was asked to wait a week for our next meeting so the hypnosis and my exercises could start to take place. I feel much better because I understand better what was wrong. I even saw my old counselor once and she saw my change. She asked for Mr. Cohen's number too.
I hired Loukia to help me with my stress and overall health. Her approach is unique. She works on changing your behaviors and mindset. She's very supportive and provided me with tools to help reduce my stress and lose weight. She's not about quick fixes. She works to get you to a point where your behavior changes for the long haul. You are really doing all the work but she has this way of getting you to see through your own BS and excuses so you WANT to change. I've worked with dietitians and nutritionists before (along with personal trainers). They were good but I never really worked through my "stuff." I think every adult can use a wellness coach!

Roger loves what he does. He has a great personality. He is very professional and patient . I have worked with him for seven months now, and I feel accomplished seeing how far I’ve come with his guidance . I went from scheduling appointments once a week to 3-4 days a week . His ability to coach me through the exercises while giving a clear understanding of what and why I’m doing something is awesome. Whenever I reach my goals , he’s always on top of it to effectively modify my workout plan/ routine.
I have trained with Sam over the last 7 years as I moved from high school to college, and now medical school. During that time Sam has helped me make fitness an activity that is both physically and mentally rewarding. Sam knows his craft inside and out, and knows how to structure workouts that fit whatever goals you have. He has helped me progress from not feeling comfortable in a gym to being able to try and succeed at exercises I could have never previously envisioned myself doing. Before I started training with Sam there was no chance I could do a pull-up, now Sam has helped me get to a point where there really isn’t an exercise I wouldn’t feel confident trying. Over my years training with Sam, I have gone through periods where due to school or other obligations I have let fitness take a backseat to other priorities. Sam has always helped me to get back on track, make time for working out, and appreciate the positive synergy that a commitment to fitness can have an all other aspects of life such as academic performance and general well-being. I can honestly say that the choice 7 years ago to start training with Sam was one of the best I have ever made!
When Rephoel first approached me about trying coaching I wasn’t sure if I would benefit from it. I was skeptical about coaching, in general, and, I haven’t had the most success in the areas of health and wellness. I, generally, find it difficult to talk about myself and my problems. Since a few of my business associates had mentioned coaching, and how it helped them with their businesses, I decided to give it a try (even though Rephoel isn’t a business coach). I committed to a 90-day program. Coaching turned out to be very beneficial. By being forced (gently, of course) to talk about my problems, and myself, I came to a few important realizations. Most importantly, my problems are not unique. The self-esteem issues I had been using as an excuse are a problem for many people. The internal dialogue I have is also normal, but is not truthful. I came to realize that nothing tragic was going to happen if I put myself out there. As I pushed myself to talk to more people, I realize that I have value and people like me. I still struggle, but recalling the positive responses helps. I have also made progress with my diet. While I didn’t lose as much as I originally hoped, I was able to lose 15 lbs., which I have kept off. I also learned some new tools to help with overeating and setting myself up for dieting success. I am now better able to make decisions for lasting changes. My coaching experience has benefitted me. Not only has it helped with my health, but it has helped me personally and professionally. While the general subject of the coaching is health and wellness, it touches so many areas of life. I highly recommend this coaching program, and Rephoel. If you have doubts, give it a try anyway! Make a commitment and do it! Thank you Rephoel for introducing me to coaching and showing me that my preconceived notions were wrong. You have helped me more than I could ever have imagined.
Working with Liz Cascio has been an experience that I truly believe has changed my life for the better. Before working with her I always felt overweight, sluggish, and generally unhappy with how I looked but still never gave much thought to my eating habits. I simply loved to eat fatty, greasy, and sugary food and was convinced that this was the only way I could enjoy myself if I was going to change the way I looked and felt, something else was going to have to happen. Luckily, Liz gave a cooking demonstration at my gym and I was amazed at how good the dishes tasted, many prepared using cooking techniques I had never seen before. As a scientist, I was also really impressed by her evidence-based approach. Though still somewhat skeptical at first, after three months the way I look and feel is all the evidence that I need! I have lost nearly 30 lbs and have had to throw away most of my wardrobe. After returning from a three week business trip a coworker told me he could barely recognize me! Best of all, I feel better both physically and emotionally than I have in quite some time. My energy level is at an all-time high which has helped me become more productive at work and get more out of physical activity. And that greasy food? When I have a fatty, greasy meal now my body feels like Im punishing it rather than getting the emotional escape I used to have. The best part about working with Liz, however, is not only that she gives you the tools to change the way you eat, but that she is genuinely interested in your success. Completely changing your lifestyle is not an easy task and there were certainly times that I struggled. But getting positive encouragement from her and feeling that she wanted me to succeed made a huge difference. I have some ways to go in terms of achieving my weight loss goals, but I know that with the skills and knowledge Ive gained from Liz I will get there and have many years of great health to look forward to.
