Cody is head and shoulders above other trainers. I've trained with at least five other trainers over 25 years and Cody is the best by far. He is knowledgeable, passionate, positive, personable, creative/adaptable and humble. Cody's training methods and exercises are backed by research and honed from experience with athletes from Division 1 / professional / Olympic to beginners; from teenagers to seniors. What does that mean to me? =>Efficient workouts that get faster results than I've ever achieved, even when I was much younger. => A safe training environment where my chances of injury or overuse are greatly reduced. => A variety of exercises to prevent monotony and maximize results and stability => Core strengthening as a byproduct of exercises primarily designed for other muscles. (Did I mention efficient?) Within two months of my first session with Cody, I was able to tote 40+ pounds across 45 miles of mountain trails with a gross elevation gain of 11,000 feet. (Picture below.) The balance and leg strengthening work Cody put me through made all the difference. Cody's gym builds community. I've enjoyed pickleball and classes with those much younger, who are as welcoming as can be. I encourage you to exoerience the gym's vibe for yourself. I could go on and on. (Cody knows whether to push, as well as when and how. Cody uses many methods to teach so the learning "sticks.") Grab a session with Cody and compare him to others. This place really is perfect. Coach Cody was quick to respond, honest and upfront with his pricing, very freakin' funny, and very smart about training. As soon as I walked in he met me with a big smile. The workouts are intense but he seems to know exactly when to back off and take it easy for a bit. I'm really happy I was able to find him and I recommend The Rack and Coach Cody to EVERYONE!

I have always been nervous to work with professional trainers, especially after a previous bad experience with one. However, Cody was amazing from the beginning! He was very accepting of where I was at in my journey, supportive, and incorporated lots of jokes. What I especially appreciate is his ability to smoothly incorporate different exercises into a routine through a conversation. It doesn't feel so forced, and makes things a lot more enjoyable. Thanks Cody! I am excited for future workouts! (Hopefully not too many push-ups though.. ^_^)

I couldn't be happier with my experience. I have never really seen results from working out and Cody was able to identify what I needed to change early on in our time working together. I started training with him a few times a week to keep me accountable and am now able to work out on my own - though I do still check in with him once a week. He has a great gym and you can tell he really loves what he does. It's hard to find passionate trainers like this nowadays!! :) :) :)
