We discovered a clog in the kitchen sink late one evening. I used Thumbtack to contact plumbers. Tim from Drains, Inc. contacted me right away. He arrived first thing the following morning and cleared the line. He was in and out quickly and I was glad to have the problem resolved.
I needed to have my “old” garbage disposal removed as it was leaking. Salvo responded quickly and the price he quoted me was very competitive. Some plumbers wanted twice or even three times as much for this job. Salvo came out to my house the very next day. He not only removed my garbage disposal but upon inspection of the pipes, he replaced all of them and did not want to charge me extra for it. Everything looks great now. Salvo also lays tiles and I will be sure to call him when I need new tiles in my kitchen and bathrooms. Salvo is a true professional and treats his customers with utmost respect. He cares about his work and about his customers. I would highly recommend Salvo to anyone with any plumbing needs. Thank you Salvo for your help! Paul G. (Schaumburg)
I have worked with many plumbers in the past. Tim is absolutely the best! It's a real pleasure to work with this guy.
Ron was great! Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone in need of a knowledgeable plumber!
There are gew people I trust and plumbers do not always rank very high. Bradley breaks the mold on plumbing. 1) reasonable prices for the amount of work they do and the responsibility of effective repairs Id rate him 9 out 10. 2) Cleanliness ....like all homeowners I wish they work booties, but the man cleaned up after himself. Cleaned up where we had to cut through a wall. 3) No b.s. on the professionalism. Very worried about the customer being happy. Extremely concerned to make things right. Even when the customer is pissed. That being said, I think he and all pros should have a checklist they give to customers. Sort of like the car dealers who check off 150 items after a service to let you know before after what to worry about and where things stand. 4) Very friendly and very trustworthy. Id give him a key to my house. 5) Fixes what needs fixing and gives you a realistic expectation of what further work would cost. 6) My project involved 100 year old pipes that corroded. When you have water leaking plumbers have you over a barrel. They charge to show up and being in a trade where most homeowners have zero idea what is going on can propose the most outlandish things. Bradley was direct , to the point, and eager to get me fixed up. The price estimate was what he said it would be and there wasnt any coming back saying he needed extra this or that. He is a man that knows his business. He also replaced the parts in a 50plus year old 3 gallon per flush toilet that wore out and the toilet kept running. The last plumber I had for a clog took a look at it and told us the whole thing had to come out. No way Id give up on a 3 gal per flush. It has stopped hissing for the first time in 8 years. The only thing Id like to see him improve on is to either learn drywall repair or partner with a reasonably priced board and tape we leave it you to paint associate. So too bad there is only 5 stars to give. If you want someone you can trust who honestly places the quality of his work first and getting customers happy with quality safe repairs call Bradley.
Great plumber, very professional and knowledgeable. Came right away when needed, was there when he said he would be and did the job at a reasonable price, in a timely manner. Will definitely use again
Brian and his team were very professional. They communicate very well, are on-time and are thorough in their analysis and repair. Going forward, Brian will be our “forever” plumber.
Came quickly for my plumbing issue, nice plumber and son-in-law team, very reasonably priced. Didn't try to sell me parts I didn't need! Just fixed the toilet and left. Pleasant people. Will hire again.
Courteous, very punctual, friendly, and the job was done for less $ than our previous plumber.
I had a wonderful experience contracting with M&T to replace my water heater. The price was decent and service was exceptionally good. The heater broke down on Friday late evening and the new water heater was up and running before noon the next day. I scoped a number of plumbers but ended up with them. Ian was great to work with and so was Michael. I would recommend them any day and to my friends and neighbors. Good service | good price | 5 star service overall. They cleaned up and covered the entire route leading to the boiler room in the basement. I would definitely hire them again ..
Gus represents what a professional plumber should be. High quality work, informed and a fair value. Highly recommend.
Todd showed up on time and was very professional through the whole repair. I needed my toilet fixed and he explained what he had to do, got the parts, and even did a few extra things to secure my toilet better. He was very polite through the whole job. I recommend All Pro Plumbing to anyone looking for quality, reliable plumbers.
Very Honest Plumbing Company! 'Tritan is hands down our go to plumber from now on. I had purchased a $150 deal to replace our outdoor spigot that has been giving us issues. After a few weeks went by without me scheduling the service, they went out of their way to contact us to get it done. After coming out, they realized that the issues were due to a few screws and that the spigot did not need to be fully replaced. They ended up recommending we get a full refund on the deal purchase and instead just pay the $50 service fee. No question they could have gotten away with just replacing the spigot, especially given that the purchase had already been made. By far one of the most honest services we have ever had and we will put them on speed dial for future issues.'
Plumbers case within 24 hours of my call for sewer backup. They walked me through the entire process while diagnosing the reason for the backup. Excellent and thorough service! Would highly recommend!
I had a very complex and complicated leak involving my sprinkler system and other water system interactions that ran through the house and out into the yard. John responded to my Thumbtack reply within an hour and agreed to go on-site the same day. In my experience with plumbers in general in the area that is unheard of. My previous interactions with local plumbers in Downers Grove/Darien area was one where they "might" be able to get out there in a few days, and had instances where they just never showed up after they said they would. But not these guys - they were GREAT!!! John called me after hours from the property (I rent the house) and talked me through what his preliminary assessment was. He was ready to proceed the next day but we had some difficulty coordinating the tenant to be there. But John hung in there, directly coordinating over the next few days to arrange for access and to have the water turned off so the work could be done. In the end it turned out to be a very difficult resolution, but John and Do Right Rooter took all the steps necessary to resolve the problem. At the conclusion of the work he spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the scope of what was done. He volunteered to come back out in the spring before the sprinklers are turned back on to do a more thorough pressure test to ensure there are no other leaks in the systems' interactions. I could not ask for better service and can only recommend the best trades-men service I have had.
Plumber Mark showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He made valuable suggestions pertaining to the new disposal that was installed. I would hire this company again, should the need arise. Thank you!!!
Great plumber and a great guy! Also reasonable rates!
Roosevelt got my job in at the end of what I’m sure was a long work day which was helpful, as my job could have caused damage to my ceiling if left to wait longer. Him and his wife were in and out quickly to reseat my toilet and problem solved the error of the last plumber. He said he would follow up in a couple days to make sure the seal was holding. I appreciate that he will follow up on his work. He also warrantied the work for a year. Although very nice, I hope I don’t see him again until I hire him for another job. Thanks for the good work sir!
John is very professional, knowledgeable about what he is doing, over 20 years of experience and he is a very nice, humble plumber. His price is very reasonable and upfront which means no hiding cost. He lets you know the cost of job before he starts and he stick with the price doesn't matter how long and how difficult it takes. I hired him through Thumbtack to work on my blocked kitchen discharge pipe that he spent lot more time than his estimation because I have a very large house and pipe line goes over 60 feet, and he didn't complain and didn't charge me extra and he just got that job done perfect. If you are looking for someone who is hard working, responsible, good price, John is your man!
'Did an excellent job installing support for floor beams that was cut by plumbers installing new water line.
Patrick did a great job updating 2 shower valves and rerouting sink plumbing for a kitchen remodel. He even updated some piping to code that was not part of the original work scope. He was very helpful in recommending the right valves and future maintenance. Patrick was also very careful with his tile cuts as that was are only access point. He made a perfect cut that is easy to patch without damaging any other surrounding tiles. Highly recommended and definitely will be my Go To plumber from now on. I even have him coming back for some addition work.
