This was my first time renting out a place. They handled everything, and it could not have been a smoother process. They listed my condo, showed it, handled the screening, application, and lease process, and coordinated all necessary repairs and move-in logistics for the new tenant. The entire process was completely stress-free. In particular, Andrew was fantastic to work with -- very friendly and responsive. I called several management companies, and Andrew was the only person who answered the phone on the first call without having to leave a message and wait for a call back -- that was the first good sign that they were the right choice. I highly recommend Lofty if you are renting out your home!!

I was recommended Letts Property Management from a longtime friend. Their staff is incredibly dedicated and responsive.
