- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I offer package pricing. I have 3 tiers of wedding packages, which depend on the amount of assistance a couple requires. I also offer planning services for birthday parties, graduations, fundraisers, corporate events, and more. A la carte services are available, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to get a good feel for the services needed by talking to the customer and then I start to visualize it all together. I always ask for an in-person meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page, and then we start planning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took Hospitality focused classes in college before transferring to Penn Foster and receiving a degree in Bridal Coordination. I have worked as an intern at a nearby country club, where I would assist with every wedding or party. After receiving my degree, I worked for an audio visual company that focused on events in luxury hotels and resorts. I have had the pleasure of working in some of the most prestigious venues in the country and working on truly amazing events.
