Ask questions that will help decide you would be a good fit. Note on the way of contact and how easy is it to reach the realtor when necessary. Would the response be hours, or a few days. Make sure you are satisfied with the answers and you do not have to continually ask. A good agent would be thorough enough that a lot of questions would not be necessary.
