nothing to recommend but just to share my story. --- Fact evaluation: Progress tracked by Matt Johnson Trained by Marcin Grobelny (instagram- @grobelnym) Training Time - October 2016- June 2017 Training Intensity- three hour per week Aim- slim down, lose fat and lose weight. Life Outside Training (when I do not have session with trainer)- cardio (cardio), and 17 running races plus 1 bike event in 9 months (how I spent my lazy weekends). Life Outside Training (reality)- a Mon- Fri job that sit in front of the computer 9-6, sometimes weekday OT till late night, or might take my weekend too. Results- more toned up, people no longer say "it seems like you are a little bit less chubby" but "you look slimmer", ~5% fat ratio down. --- This week marks my last week with Chitown Trainer, it has been a very very great 9 month with Marcin that I did not only learn about workout move but also the psychological, health and nutrition, workout and recovery chapters that is totally a bonus to me. Marcin has been my very first friend in town and probably one that I meet most frequent out of all these time. I learnt about his education, and I believe his academic background and body building experience has made him a very unique trainer because he had been educating me in a all-rounded manner. As time goes, I started to learn more about my body and my mindset, as well as the key to stay consistent and balance through out my days. I eventually train harder and more frequent; and be more honest with myself about the diet and I have dropped my fat ratio through all the months. One thing that I did not expect to happen, is that I actually improved from 32min/5k to 27 min/5k in less than 4 months' time. I did not pick up any running training, I enjoy food fest in the new year, I had deep dish and (quite a lot of) cheat meal, but still, a 5 minute improvement in such a short distant run are actually all from the hard work from weight lifting with Marcin. I used to fear leg day as I started because lower body training back in middle school basketball time has bulk me up so much. However, now I start to love my leg days more -- and as a result I am getting a little big addictive with running as well, which I used to think it is super-very-extremely-so-boring. With the encouragement form Marcin, I actually run more than I thought I would. Counting back the weeks, I have nailed 18 city-events in 9 month's time. Given that Chicago is not my home city, this is definitely a life time PR. Meeting Marcin has definitely become a motion to get up early as we train at 0530 most of the time. As I am leaving Chicago, I would look forward to meet Marcin again with a more toned body to show off how I am able to apply things I learnt from him and all the hard work I put in even I am out of the country. --- Thank you Marcin!! :)

When we first met with Patrick we were skeptical at first. But after trying to keep a regular workout schedule ourselves and not seeing results we decided to give him a try. He was able to devise an exercise routine and diet that was tailor made for us, taking into consideration our limitations and injuries. We found his idea of dieting and calorie counting a bit challenging. In fact, we hated it. We hated all of his diet suggestions. But once we figured out what foods worked for us, keeping us full and staying within our calorie count; we started to see results and we had enough energy throughout the day and to not feel hungry at night. We both started with our clothes fitting a bit snug and looking sloppy. Today we STILL don’t fit into our clothes. However, we’re proud to say there’s a lot more room in them now. Aside from being leaner and meaner, our faces and skin look alot better and we feel better. Patrick has motivated us to eat better, keep fit, and stay in shape and not order a lot of pizza. We’ve maintained our routine cardio and circuit training, make better food choices on a daily basis and even purchased a Reebok Stepper. His plan works. Thanks Patrick!!!!

I initially signed up for a personal training package of 7 sessions that went pass very quickly. Mr. Gardner was very patient and willing to work within my physical limitations. With that been said, I signed on for additional training sessions. Checkout his website to see my results and you be the judge of his level of knowledge as a trainer and nutritional coach.

Dan has been training me for the past 8 weeks and since we started working together, I've seen an incredible improvement in my strength, and my figure--this week I was able to fit back into my favorite pair of work pants that I haven't been able to fit in, in a year! When I first met with Dan I hadn't worked out in literally 2 years and was really nervous about all of it; however, Dan devoted an entire session to simply understanding me, the current state of my health, my habits, and helped me define where I wanted to be in my ideal future state. Dan then put together a customized program to ensure we could get there. As a woman, my one of my biggest concern was around "bulking up" from weight training as my body type lends itself to this if I'm not careful. I shared this with Dan and despite what I was sure would happen after the weight training, he's somehow made plan that made me smaller and noticeably toned up, and definitely not bulkier! In parallel, Dan has also really helped me with my poor eating habits--I'm a busy executive with little time to care or prepare food that is consistently healthy--and I sure do love Chicago cuisine. But every visit Dan would casually ask me what I planned to eat for the week and then give me directives on best options, grocery store lists, crackpot recipes, how to store my food, when to prepare it, and even where I can stop on the way home to get what I need for the next day :). . Dan has been a God send and reinvigorated my belief that I can take care of my health, actually meet my fitness goals, and truly enjoy it. I've absolutely loved, enjoyed, and seen results from every single session with Dan. I can't rave enough about how great a trainer he is and his attention to every aspect of his clients fitness, and overall well-being!!

We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. We highly recommend Elijah and his services if you’re looking to make a long term lifestyle change and need some help and direction to make those changes! You will see great results following his advice and exercise plans!

Nick's workouts are very challenging and fun at the same time! He has a new circuit for me every week and encourages me to push myself. He's also very flexible and will accommodate your schedule/location so working out does not become a hassle with a full time job. Josh is great to work with for your fitness needs. My husband and I hired him for at home personal training. He uses customized exercises to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals. I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I feel great and know I would not have pushed myself to get here without Tricia. I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been training with Tiffany for nearly a year now and can not believe what my body has done in that time. Not only has she helped me become stronger physically but also mentally. I go into these workouts knowing that it's going to be hard but also that it's going to be awesome and I'm going to feel like I've accomplished something I used to think would be impossible. I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. My mother likes to say she "gave up a cruise" to train with Nicki, but she insists it is totally worth it! My mother is not an easy one to please, and was a hard sell for training in the first place. Kudos to Nicki for winning her over and making a difference!

After having a spinal fusion on my lower back roughly 6 months ago and undergoing several months of physical therapy at one of the larger health centers; one of my friends introduced me to GI Jane fitness. I asked Jane what she could do to help me get back into shape and strengthen my core & back. She challenged me to eat better and workout appropriately for my situation. I choose Jane to help in my rehabilitation and after working with her for a short time she has been able to get me walking several miles each week and eating healthier than I have in years. She takes her responsibility of helping/training others seriously and worked with me to tailor a specific training regime that would work for my busy schedule and time constraints. I was a little apprehensive at first, but her technique and ability to challenge me to become stronger and healthier in general has been a huge success. The one thing she told me once is, It may be tough, but I will help you get through it. That saying encapsulates everything about Jane and her abilities.

Simple: Sal is the best trainer I have ever had (and I have had a lot over the years)!! My husband, daughter and I have been working with Sal for over a year! We train individually, and my husband and I together. Sal has the ability to train each of us at our individual levels along with total respect for our strengths and weaknesses! Yes, he'll push you but can immediately provide alternatives when needed. It is a pleasure training with him our building. He has never, ever been late and completely respects my goofy schedule requests!! Ohhh the patience! Another plus is he always responds to my texts and calls; unlike the rest of the world that makes you wait and wait. Even if he can't provide me with an immediate answer, he lets me know and gets back to me! He runs a class A business and I would love if anyone shopping for a trainer would give him a try!! (Plus, he gives out a great deal if you buy a package of 10)!

I contacted the GymGuyz because I'm serious about losing weight and getting in shape without having to go to a gym or use a bunch of large equipment. So far I've had 6 sessions and each session has been completely different, I have not repeated any exercises, which is great because I'm getting a full body workout every time, without having to repeat the same exercises. I feel like I am getting the most out of each session, because my trainer pushes me to my potential, something I could not do on my own. I'm doing this for results, and my trainer has designed a workout tailored to the results I want. My trainer is also very knowledgeable about fitness and eating healthy and is passing his knowledge onto me.
